- Application for temporary stay in the U.K.
- Application for extension of stay following refusal of asylum.
- Application of permanent stay on the basis of marriage to a British Citizen.
- Application for permanent stay in the U.K (other than as a husband, wife or family member of a British Citizen).
- Application to stay in the U.K as a student or a student nurse.
- We also advise on the implications of overstaying when on limited leave in the U.K.
