GP Outreach Service

The Outreach service works with clients in host GP Practices across Derby giving free and confidential advice on a range of issues including benefits, debt, housing, consumer and employment.

Appointments of 45 minutes can be made by either contacting the host surgery in your area or the contact number below.

Please note that you MUST be a patient at the surgery in order to make an appointment there. Apart from Friar Gate Surgery who will make appointments for non-registered patients.
